This is one of the series of heart brooches I made for Valentine’s Day, 2008. It sold before I had a chance to have it professionally shot, but I love it so much I want to share it with you anyway. Sterling silver flowers spin freely on this colored pencil over copper die-formed heart. Riveted to a sterling silver backing, this brooch offers the hope of spring.
